Pork in Pulaski

Urbanfork is notorious for finding good restaurants that you "have already past the exit for" 

but still shows them as close by.  

So, I expanded our radius and found this gem, off the beaten path. 

It is well worth 4stars for great food, hospitable servers and small town charm-

(we're talkin' 12 pictures of the local courthouse adorning the walls).

Since it reminded us of another local joint we frequented-we pulled in for lunch.

Sweet tea, Diet Coke and two menus later we decided on the BBQ buffet.

Baked beans, mixed vegetables, squash, scalloped potatoes, BBQ chicken, pulled pork, coleslaw, and cornbread muffin- oh, and dessert included!

Thanks for the yummy goodness- Pulaski! Forever in the list of "good enough to return"!!!
